Hi! I’m Emily and I live in Bozeman, Montana!
I’m originally from St. Louis, MO, and came out to MT to go to school at Montana State University (realistically I came to ski)! I started in Ecology and 4 major changes later, settled into graphic design which suits me more than the chemistry and engineering classes I was in. My first winter in Montana in 2020 consisted of me tearing my ACL on a rail outside my dorm during the first big snow… so to keep myself occupied while recovering I started to draw on Kinco mittens and I regained a talent I hadn’t used in years. And when people started to notice and support my art, I was hooked!
Aside from my drawings, I’m a snowboarder, telemark skier, and mountain biker! The outdoor sports world inspires my most creative pieces! I’m an instructor at Big Sky in the winter season and a bike mechanic in the summer! They’re nice outlets if I ever get into a creative funk. I’ve also got a little husky dog named Mika who contributes to my love for wildlife drawings!
I’ve worked with a few awesome businesses within the outdoor sports world and plan to keep growing my client base! I love the process of collaborating and bouncing ideas off others who are also passionate about this industry!
So thanks for being here! I hope you enjoy!
